1. Agreement to terms

These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of promtnbeds.com and your purchase of adjustable profiling beds and sleep systems from Pro-Motion Beds Ltd ('Pro-Motion Beds', 'we', 'us').

By placing an order request, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.

3. Order process and contract formation

We may decline orders (for example, stock unavailable, delivery constraints, or pricing error) without liability beyond refunding any payment taken in error.

4. Products, descriptions, and availability

We aim to describe adjustable beds accurately with images, dimensions, and specifications. Minor variation in colour, grain, or finish may occur especially where materials are natural.

Weights and dimensions are approximate unless marked as guaranteed tolerance.

If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will offer alternatives, delay dispatch with your consent, or cancel with a full refund.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in GBP unless stated. See our Payment Policy for how and when to pay.

We may correct pricing errors before acceptance. If an error affects an accepted order, we will explain options including cancellation with refund.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Time estimates are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree a fixed date in writing.

Delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (see force majeure) are not a breach of contract.

7. Your statutory rights and returns

Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights as a consumer under UK law.

8. Warranties and support

Content on promtnbeds.com (text, images, logos, layout) is owned by or licensed to Pro-Motion Beds. You may not copy or exploit it without permission.

You may print pages for personal shopping purposes only.

11. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website (for example hacking, introducing malware, scraping data commercially, or harassing staff).

We may suspend access where we reasonably believe misuse has occurred.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, transport disruption, severe weather, pandemics, or supplier failure.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and keep you informed.
